Thank you for your interest in applying to a.l.l, the Global Leadership Institute’s Adaptive Leadership Lab program. a.l.l. trains participants in the adaptive leadership discipline to adopt a mindset and skillset to carry out processes of change in their workplaces and communities. We are seeking outstanding professionals to be part of a diverse cohort of 8 North Americans, 6 Europeans and 6 Israelis.

Please note the 3 international seminar dates:

  1. Israel: March 30-April 5, 2017
  2. Budapest,Hungary: June 26-July 1, 2017
  3. Montreal,Canada: October 15 -19, 2017

Please read the following prior to submitting your application:

a.l.l requires participation in 3 international seminars (Israel: March 30-April 5, 2017, Budapest: June 26-July 1, 2017 and Montreal: October 15 -19, 2017), on-going learning and case work between seminars and adaptive leadership mentorship. The total program fee per participant is $1,500 which can be paid in part by a sponsoring employer or independently. All applicants must be medically fit for international travel.  Needs based financial support is available.  

A complete submission requires two separate letters of recommendation. If already nominated by your employer organization, please send the link for an additional recommendation to another colleague or personal contact on your behalf. If applying independently, please send the following recommendation form to two individuals. Recommendations may be submitted in Hebrew or English.
